Why cant I get pass the Access key login page?
1. Check to see if you are using the correct
username and password.
2. Make sure that your membership is active.
3. All usernames and passwords are CaSe SeNsiTive.
4. Make sure you "Cookies"
are enabled. You MUST have your cookies enabled to enter the members
area.
How do I view your site using Internet
explorer?
1. While logged into your AOL account
minimize the AOL browser window.
2. Next click on the start icon located at the bottom left
corner of your computer.
3. Once there, Navigate to the program tab.
4. Then navigate to the Internet Explorer icon, and click it.
5. When the browser opens, just re-type the site address in your
browser.
Please keep in mind your connected through AOL so if you get
disconnected you will need to log back into your AOL account.
I'm using Internet Explorer but still can't connect, why?
You may need to clear out your cache files.
How do I clear my cache files?
1. Open your Internet Explorer (instructions
above)
2. In the top left corner of Internet Explorer choose the drop down
menu labeled "tools"
3. In the tools drop down menu select "Internet options" and a
dialog box will open.
4. click on the delete cookies button and then click OK.
5. click on the delete files button then click OK. This might take a
few minutes if you have a lot of files so be patient.
6. When that's done, close all your Internet Explorer
windows. Then open a new Internet Explorer window and try to login
again.
I cleared my cache files, but I still can't
enter, why?
That means your username/password is not working and here is a few
possible reasons why.
1. Your membership might be expired.
2. You might be using the wrong username/password.
3. Your username might have been hacked or shared and disabled due
to abuse.
How do I get a new username/password?
You can e-mail "Elisa" and she will
issue a new username or password.
E-Mail
I requested a new username but why haven't I
received one via e-mail.
1. Our e-mail might be going directly into
your spam box.
2. Make sure to check the e-mail address you used when you joined.
In any case just send an e-mail to our support team and will have a
new one sent ASAP!
When I logged In I was sent to a page stating
my account has been disabled due to password trading, why?
Our security system tracks how many unique IP
address logged under each username in a 24hr period. For example, if
your username accesses the site from over 10 different IP addresses
the system automatically bans the username and password. This system
is set up to prevent password traders.
Here our some common problems that might have
effected you.
1. You shared your username/password with
others.
2. You logged in more than 10 times from a different IP in a 24hr
period. "Please read above"
3. When you joined you might have used a common username/password
that was easily guessed by others.
4. Some IP's like AOL, or Road Runner use proxy servers. Basically
your IP will keep changing in the background when you're surfing the
Internet. This might send you to our threshold limit a lot faster,
and cause your account to get banned. Just wait 20 minutes for our
system to refresh itself and you should be able to log back in. If
