I can not log into your site! What did I do?
First make sure you are entering the correct user / pass combo. It is CASE sensitive. Without going into great detail, we often have problems with AOL users because AOL can make you appear to be a hacker, and our protection program blocks you.

It is also a possibility someone has stolen your password and is using it. If you feel you have been blocked by mistake, please e-mail us and we will reset your username.

What should I do if a security alert window pops up while I'm on your site?
Select the "always trust" box and hit OK.

How can I save your photos and videos to my computer?
Place your mouse over the photo or link and "save picture as" or "save target as."

I sometimes get an error message or the video will not play. What can I do?
Clear your browsers cache, close your browser and re-open it. You can also try restarted your computer after you do this. If this does not help and you have the latest media player, go to our main support page and send us an e-mail.

Sometimes the video will not play and nothing will happen when I click on it.
Try turning off your pop-up blocker and add us to your exception list. This will fix the problem a lot of the times.
